SEW much to do...so little time

I am trying to get my Website stocked.
I am trying to get this blog going.
I am trying to become familiar with Twitter, which I signed up for yesterday.
I am trying to finish up customs for new launches on Ebay.
I am trying to figure out what the heck we are having for dinner.
I am trying to find more hours in the day.

If you have any idea how I can accomplish any of these, I would love to know...
